Our Milestone Projects
In 1993, the city of Coquitlam opened another section in the Westwood Plateau for development. Sigfusson Construction Ltd. was one of the select building contractors among the limited companies to work with the landowner Westbuild, to continue the expansion of their master-planned community. In Diamond Terrace Sigfusson Construction Ltd. was the first builder allowed to select building lots. We initially chose five lots – one lot on Jade Court, and four others on Diamond Crescent. We subsequently custom built many other homes in the Westwood Plateau development.
